Tilwanda Steinberg is the best! I gave booked a birthday cruise and for the first time in my life am traveling alone. I was so nervous and felt unsure about traveling by myself, but Tee set my mind at ease, booked my cruise, parking and drink package and made this so simple. If it wasn't for Tee this birthday cruise would not be happening. She is responsive, informative and the best all around. I am referring her to everyone I know for this cruise and cruises to come!

Tilwanda planned out a great trip! She was able to book a cruise like we wanted in the summer when it was easier to get off work. The cruise itself was amazing. Going to the VV bimini beach club was the best followed by Key West (we went to the original Key Lime Pie restaurant and Sloppy Joes). The food on the VV ship lived up to my expectations. Our favorites were The Wake (steakhouse) and Pink Agave (inspired by Mexico City). The Virgin Voyages Asian Night Market was also a food highlight. The Galley food hall was a step up from the lunch buffets on most cruise lines. The best activities we attended were the Ship Show, The Karaoke Booth, the Latin Dance Class and The HIIT Workout class (it was better than the spin class). The staff really had the highest degree of customer service I have experienced on a cruise. That combined with the adult only and more mature peers on this ship made for a good experience. Overall, it was a great vacation and thanks to Tilwanda we were able to book some affordable plane tickets which was a much better alternative to driving. We are all happy we took the cruise, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
